Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operations have continued through the COVID-19 virus, but delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over Rs 1000.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Registered users can check the order details by clicking on “My Orders”.
  • The next page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed during the past 3 months. To view older orders, you may select the Start & End Date and click on “Go”.
  • Click on the Order ID you want to know about.
  • Guest users can check the order details by clicking on “Track Order”.
  • Enter your Email Address and the Order ID and click on the “Track” button.
  • You can review your order details on the next page.

Why have I not received my product yet?

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an email, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
You can also see the order status by clicking on “My Account” at the top right corner of the page.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at threeleavesindia@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How does Three Leaves Group pack items?

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the packaging is considering all the circumstances.

What if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don’t accept an open or tampered package.

Refund Policy

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of any standard delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. Three Leaves will not refund opened or used the product. In case of any genuine returns, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days to the customer’s bank account. However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint. A replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages.
